9. Dispute Resolution
I am neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Austria, excluding its conflict-of-law provisions and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If you are a consumer habitually resident in another EU Member State, you continue to enjoy the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of your country of residence (Art. 6(2) Regulation (EC) No 593/2008 — Rome I).
For disputes arising from these terms:
- If you are an entrepreneur (Unternehmer), the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Vienna, Austria.
- If you are a consumer (Verbraucher), the statutory place of jurisdiction at your domicile applies. For consumers residing in Austria, this is in accordance with § 14 KSchG.
